Prices

The price includes: linen (sheets and towels), electricity, water, Wi-Fi access and tourist tax.

Cleaning not included; fixed price of 50 € to be paid on site if necessary

Rental for 2 nights minimum, 6 nights in July and August.

The gîtes are rented for a minimum of 7 nights during July and August.
The rest of the year, a minimum of 2 nights for the Hemingway and Roosevelt gîtes and 7 nights for the Barton gîte.

To book your holiday accommodation, we require a 30% deposit (minimum 50€), with the balance to be paid at least 30 days before your stay. For bookings made within 30 days of your arrival date, full payment will be required. Please see our general terms and conditions for more details.
